Grain Storage Facility and Grain Handling & Processing Facility.
P&F Metals was challenged with a one-of-a-kind project for this new distillery in Nevada. We resourcefully provided unique design and professional engineering along with custom fabrication, equipment, installation and construction for a huge new processing facility. This facility processes grain for the malting process. We also constructed a clean Grain Storage Facility consisting of 25 Product Storage Bins and the needed Materials Handling Systems to enable the optimum function.

New Line 5 Production Line Project
Working with Volkman Seed Company management, P&F Metals designed and constructed a new processing facility with a packaging line. The project entailed the design and installation of new ingredient bins, cleaning, materials handling and processing equipment, as well as selecting and installing a new automated packaging line with a robotic palletizing system.

Ishida Packaging & Component Wash Stations
The Frito Lay plant in northern California needed ergonomic and easy to use wash & dry stations to wash & dry Ishida Packaging components. P&F Metals designed, fabricated and installed these using 304 stainless steel materials.

Ishida Packaging Covers
Packaging Covers are a crucial part of the packaging system at Frito Lay. They prevent contaminates and foreign materials from falling into the Ishida Packaging Scale Hoppers. P&F Metals designed and fabricated these from 304 stainless steel materials, meeting stringent food safety criteria.

Turlock Brewery Base Plates, Catwalks and Drain System
P&F Metals has had the pleasure of working with the enormously popular craft-beer house, Dust Bowl Brewing Company, at their new Central California facility. P&F Metals designed, fabricated and installed many key components, from the tank base plates and in-floor drainage systems to the access platforms and catwalks over the product and brewing tanks. Everything was fabricated from 304 stainless steel materials and polished to meet the required finishes.

Building Awnings, Mezzanines and Stairways
P&F Metals took great pride in fabricating and installing these highly visible building awnings from mild steel structural shapes. Our company also had the opportunity to fabricate and install the mezzanines and stairways, helping to create a beautiful interior for this thriving church building.

New Stadium Seating and Press Box
This California State University needed additional stadium seating and a working press box at their beautiful baseball stadium in northern California. Our company provided the design engineering, professional engineering, construction and construction management for the entire project. This includes the new stadium seating area and the state-of-the-art press box for the Men’s Baseball Field at the University. We provided and installed all the hand railing systems as well as the stairway to the new press box and all structural support steel for the complex.
